1. When should my puppy come in for its first groom?

We recommend your puppy has their first groom two weeks after their final vaccinations so that it can get used to this process from a young age. The first session enables your puppy to become used to its surroundings in a stress-free and fun environment.

2. How regularly should my dog get groomed?

This is determined by the length and thickness of your dog’s coat. For further details please contact us.

3. How long will this service take?

This service can take anything between 2-4 hours depending on your dog’s size and coat.

4. My dog can be aggressive whilst being groomed, will this be a problem?

It is important to us that you tell us about your dog’s behavior and needs whilst being groomed. We understand that some dogs may have previously had a bad experience whilst being groomed. We are more than happy to try and work with your dog and we will do our best to help them remain calm and happy during their grooming experience.
