We book, confirm and manage House visits through HoWA. You see the appointment, the team, the notes and what the home should remember next.
One-off & pay-as-you-go
Single visits, seasonal jobs, or a one-off tidy, booked through HoWA. Visit notes, photos, products used, costs and next reminders are saved to your Home Record. No subscription required.
Recurring care
Weekly, fortnightly, or seasonal handyman plans are managed through HoWA Steward. One invoice, one contact, one system that remembers.

Questions
An adult should be present while work is carried out. If you have a regular key arrangement through HoWA, we can discuss access for pre-agreed tasks.
Yes, waste removal can be arranged. We’ll confirm at quoting stage whether it’s included or charged separately.
Not usually. Photos or a short video are enough for most jobs. For larger or structural work, we’ll arrange a site visit.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the booking. Refund terms apply — full details in your booking confirmation.
Yes. Every team is fully insured, vetted, and accredited. Proof of cover is available on request.
No. Most clients share access instructions or a key code. We text before arrival and file a note to your HoWA record after.
Usually within a few days for regular services. Urgent one-offs can sometimes be fitted next-day.
Every visit is logged: date, team, notes, photographs on request, products used. It compounds into a record of care.
