What happens when you book
We book, confirm and manage House visits through HoWA. You see the appointment, the team, the notes and what the home should remember next.
One-off & pay-as-you-go
Single visits, seasonal jobs, or a one-off tidy, booked through HoWA. Visit notes, photos, products used, costs and next reminders are saved to your Home Record. No subscription required.
Recurring care
Weekly, fortnightly, or seasonal pet care plans are managed through HoWA Steward. One invoice, one contact, one system that remembers.

Questions
Yes. Every handler carries public liability insurance and is DBS-checked. Proof available on request.
In some cases, yes. We’ll assess during the meet-and-greet and match you with a handler experienced in reactive behaviour.
The handler contacts you immediately. If they can’t reach you, they follow your emergency vet instructions on file in HoWA.
Solo walks only, unless you specifically request a group walk with a known companion dog.
Usually within a few days for regular services. Urgent one-offs can sometimes be fitted next-day.
Every visit is logged: date, team, notes, photographs on request, products used. It compounds into a record of care.
