Steward maintains a live health score for your home, not a static snapshot, but a number that moves as the home changes. Behind it sits a risk register: every open concern, ranked by urgency and cost, so nothing is forgotten.
Your HoWA Score dropped from 91 to 84 last month. Two items opened: the flat roof over the kitchen extension hasn't been inspected in four years, and your boiler service is now overdue by six weeks. Steward surfaces both, with suggested actions and estimated costs.

Annual Home Report & Home Transfer Pack

Every service, certificate, decision and improvement is filed to a record structured for transfer. Each year, Steward produces an Annual Home Report, a formal account of the home's condition and care. When you sell, the Transfer Pack is ready: proof that the home was looked after.
You're preparing to sell. The buyer's solicitors ask for evidence of boiler maintenance and roof repairs. Your Transfer Pack is already compiled: five years of service records, the flat-roof survey and sign-off, and the HoWA Score history. The sale proceeds without delay.
