2.Are there items you are unable to collect?

Any prohibited items will not be collected. Please ensure you book the correct vehicle or speak to a member of the team to advise you which vehicle should be booked.

3.Are you able to carry items onto my property?

Yes, with your permission we can carry your items onto the property.

4.Is there a maximum distance you will travel to pick up an item?

As we only run our sustainable electric vehicles, we have a maximum distance we can drive before losing power however, we can always recharge at a close by charging point.
