1.What is included in garden maintenance?
There are different packages available. All including Lawn mowing and edging, weeding, trimming, and pruning and the clearing up of leaves.

4. If my garden is overgrown and needs clearing can I book maintenance?
A clearance of a minimum of 2 hour must be booked before booking maintenance.
This gets your garden in tip top condition from the clearance and then kept to the high standard with maintenance.
5. What is the difference between garden maintenance on demand and garden maintenance subscription?
Garden maintenance on demand is a non-contractual booking that means you can cancel your subscription at any point or book a maintenance once only. The subscription offers you discount based on the length of time you sign up with us and guaranteed visits at your chosen frequency.
6. If my garden has been left for 6+months can I book maintenance?
You will need to book a restoration or clearance at a minimum of 2 hours, depending on the garden. Maintenance can be taken over after the initial restoration or clearance has taken place to keep the garden in great condition.
7. How many gardeners do you send?
A minimum of 2 gardeners are required for maintenance services.
8. What frequencies of maintenance do you offer?
We offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly maintenance visits. We will always give you the best recommendation based on your garden.
9. Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with certification proof.

11. Is there a cancellation period?
Any cancellations must be processed 48 hours prior to your booking. Ts&Cs apply on payment refunds.
12. Is this service weather dependant?
Our team work in all weather conditions. If there is extreme weather, we may move your booking.
13. How do I pay for this service?
All of our services are pre-paid via credit/debit card. When booking through our website you input your card details.
14. I’m not going to be in can you still carry out the service?
No problem, as long as you can grant us any keys or codes to get to the area we can go ahead.
15. Will you need to visit before the service goes ahead?
With the world of technology now it is not always necessary to plan a visit before. Photos and videos are more than likely to be sufficient.
16. Do you provide any other service?
