1. What do you need from me to look into my broken fence?

The team may just need photos in some instances. If there is a problem that we cannot see through photos a site visit can be booked (free of charge!)

2. How do I know if I need to repair or replace my fence?

Once the team has a full insight from you about the fence, they can give you the best advice whether it needs to be repaired or replaced.

3. How often does my fence need to be replaced?

Some fences have a life expectancy of up to 15 years, meaning it is better to go for the most durable fence to ensure it lives its life expectancy.

4. How long will It take to repair my fence?

It all depends on the repairs needed. We advise minimum 1 hour and maximum 4 days depending on the breakage and repairs needed.

5. Do you offer different styles of fences?

Yes, we always advise the best fence for your garden/area. Some fences are better suited to sloping hills, some are better suited to flat surfaces. Our team are always on hand to ensure the correct advice is given before installation.

6. Do you offer a painting service for fences?

Yes, we offer a painting service at an extra cost. This can be fitted in to your quote to ensure the process of installation and then painting is quick and easy.

The team are always on hand to take measurements and install the correct size fence.

8. I currently have a fence installed but would like it removed and a new one installed can you do this?

Yes, we offer a removal and installation service that will be at an extra cost.

Our team work in all weather conditions. If there is extreme weather, we may move your booking.

All of our services are pre-paid via credit/debit card. When booking through our website you input your card details.

14. I’m not going to be in what do I do?

No problem, as long as you can grant us any keys or codes to get to the area we can go ahead.

15. Will you need to visit before the service goes ahead?

With the world of technology now it is not always necessary to plan a visit before. Photos and videos are more than likely to be sufficient.
