Large Family Garden

A large garden asked to do several things at once: room to run, somewhere to sit, and borders worth looking at all year. We zoned it gently, a level lawn at the heart, stone steps linking the changes in level, deep planted borders holding it together.

Materials are honest and hard-wearing, chosen to weather well under real family use.
