Because the answer is: it’s not a person. It never was. Willow Alexander is a feeling. It’s the warmth you get when the dishwasher hums, the floors sparkle, and there’s thyme in the roast and jasmine on the breeze.
It’s the kind of relief that lives in your shoulders when someone else has taken care of it — beautifully, thoughtfully, and better than you expected.
We built our business around that feeling. We wrapped our vans, trained our teams, chose our colour palettes and brand guidelines with one question in mind: will this give people that feeling?
