Ingredients

Makes 2

White Cabbage 1/2, small / 150g

Carrot 1 medium

Lime Juice yield of 1 lime

Radish 1

Spring Onion 2

Sesame Oil 1 tsp

Peanuts 6

Coriander 10 leaves

Sesame Seeds 1 pinch

Allergens: Sesame

Method

To a large mixing bowl, add the cabbage (tip – use a peeler to cut it), carrot (peeled and grated), spring onions (chopped), radish (finely sliced), and coriander leaves (chopped).

Next, add a tsp of sesame oil, the juice of 1 lime, and 6 peanuts (chopped). Mix well before serving with a pinch of sesame seeds.
