Plain Flour 200g or 1.5 cups
Blueberries 1 cup
White sugar 2/3 cup or 133 g
Eggs 2
Granola 1 cup or 50g
Salted Butter 1 tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp

Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl, whisking thoroughly to ensure an even mixture and to remove any floury clumps. In a separate bowl, mix together all wet ingredients until well combined.
