These chocolate squares are a delightful treat, perfect for having with your morning coffee or evening cup of tea.

Dates 100g
Oats 50g
Water 2 tbsp
Chia Seeds 2 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tsp
Pumpkin Seeds 2 tbsp
Flaked Almond 4 tbsp
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp

Method
To a blender add all of the ingredients and blend well. You may need to add a little more water if it is too dry.
Next, press the mixture into a 1cm deep tray. Compress the mixture and then place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Once hardened cut into 12 even sized squares.
