Semi Skimmed Milk 200ml or 6.7 fl oz
Water 200ml or 6.7 fl oz
Banana 1 small
Porridge Oats 60g or 2.1 oz
Vanilla Whey Protein 1 scoop
Honey 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp

Method
Mix porridge oats with semi-skimmed milk and water in a pot. Heat on low, stirring regularly, for 4-5 minutes until oats are cooked.
Stir in the ground cinnamon until evenly distributed, then remove the pot from heat.
Add vanilla whey protein powder, stirring until smooth and well-incorporated.
