Baby Potatoes 400g
Garlic Cloves 8
Parmesan 20g
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Salted Butter 1 tsp
Parsley 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper a few twists
Oregano 1 tsp, dried
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt 1 pinch

Method
Begin by washing your baby potatoes thoroughly. Once cleaned, pat them dry.
Toss the baby potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Ensure each potato is well-coated with the mixture.
Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket. Spread them out in a single layer to ensure even cooking.
Set the air fryer to 200°C and cook for about 25 minutes. It’s a good idea to shake the basket halfway through the cooking time to promote even browning.
After 25 minutes, check the potatoes. They should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. If they’re not quite done, you can cook them a bit longer.
Once the potatoes are cooked to your liking, remove them from the air fryer and enjoy!
