Serrano Ham Wrapped Asparagus

If you don’t like eating vegetables, it is important to be able to find a way to make them attractive. Taste is a key variable here. Wrapping the asparagus in serrano ham is a brilliant way to make asparagus more attractive. The cured, salty ham becomes crispy after roasting in the oven adding an extra bite.

Asparagus 6 spears

Serrano Ham 3 slices (50g)

Allergens:  None

Method

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Next, boil a pot of water. Boil the asparagus for 3 minutes. Add a pinch of salt to the water to help maintain the bright green color.

Take the asparagus out, let it cool, and wrap two spears with one slice of serrano ham. Add them to a roasting tray and cook for 12 minutes.
