Porridge Oats 65g
Apple Juice 150ml
Pineapple Juice 150ml
Mango (diced) 50g
Pineapple (diced) 50g
Passionfruit (halved) 1
0% Fat Protein Yogurt 1 tbsp
Chia Seeds 1 tsp
Flaxseedds 1 tsp
Desiccated Coconut 1 tsp

Method
Start by combining oats, flax seeds, white chia seeds, and pineapple and apple juices in a cooking pot. Let this mixture simmer for about 12 to 15 minutes, making sure to stir it every so often. The aim is to ensure the grains are well cooked and the juices have been fully absorbed.
Once cooked, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Following this, add the low-fat yogurt.
Pour the cooked mixture into a serving bowl to finish. The last step is to garnish the dish with fresh chopped pineapple, mango, the seeds and flesh of a large passion fruit, and a sprinkle of desiccated coconut. Your dish is now ready to be enjoyed!
